Fabrízio Martini holds a degree in Social Communication with an emphasis in Business Management, with a degree in Advertising, Graduated in Branding by Anhembi Morumbi - BSP (Business School São Paulo), Specializing in Marketing Management at ESPM, Specializing in Innovation Management by FAAP and formed by the market as Licensing Manager.
He began his Licensing career in 2009 at Angelotti Licensing as Marketing Planning, having passed in 2012 at LATAM's largest licensing agency Exim Licensing as Sales Force, was invited to compose and Licensing Team of the ECKO UNLTD Brand in Brazil, was Licensing Manager At Global Licenses and received an invitation back to ECKO UNLTD to assume the position of Brand Licensing Manager. After this step, he was invited by the GANGSTER brand to create and implement the Licensing department and to assume the position of Chief Licensing Officer. Today is Chief Executive Officer of the company and maintains the agency of the brand GANGSTER and all the others in the portfolio.
New Era - Joining Forces to Grow
At the end of 2017, Fabrizio Martini met a friend that he worked before and both decided to join forces to achieve goals quickly. In December 2018 this partnership was consolidated, and Fashion Master company received Rodrigo John Cunha to start a new story.
Rodrigo started in brand management through a reputable law office (D'Antino Advogados) at the beginning of 2008. At this time, he developed a good experience in the legal issues involving image rights and licensing contracts. At the same time, he was involved in the licensing project of Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, working with the licensing department of the soccer club! It was a great experience and really important for the contacts made and the great result obtained in two years of work over there.
After that, it was time for new challenges, expanding knowledge and experience working as a licensing agent (Global Licenses, company that had the first contact Fabrizio and it was the beginning of what we are living today). In this new phase, making the link between the brand and the licensee. The professional experience gained was great for a better understand the market and great value from all involved. On that time, it was important to understand more about product, the difficulties of production, management of representatives, opening of points of sale, marketing investment, trade show, ... finally, all the “arms” that involve a Brand licensing project!
